Will your video files play in my DJ software?
All our music video files have been optimised for use with most of the popular DJ software packages including Serato, Virtual DJ, Rekordbox & Mix Emergency.
How do I download WeMix music videos?
To download a video immediately, simply click on the Download Now button after expanding a video’s listing to see the all the Versions available. You can also add videos to your Crate and use the Download Now button when you are ready to download.
What is the WeMix music video file format?
We think we have the best quality video format of any of the legal music video services.
File format: MPEG-4 H.264
Frame rate is kept the same as the source file.
We try not to upscale any videos.
How big is a WeMix music video file on average?
SD file size: 80-130MB
HD file size: 150-220MB
What if my download fails?
You will be able to download each video file up to a maximum of three times so please try again. If the problem persists, please contact us and let us know you’re having a problem so we can investigate.
What if I lose my WeMix videos through hard drive failure?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are continually backing up your files to a safe and secure place. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of files and you will be expected to pay for these again.
